• Training history
• Location

We collect your personal information in order to:

• Deliver classes
• Contact you regarding The Kung Fu School 
• For data analysis

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact information, we’ll be unable to accept you as a student of The Kung Fu School.

We keep your information safe by storing it in a locked filing cabinet or securely online. Only registered instructors of The Kung Fu School can access this. 

We keep your information for seven years at which point we destroy it by securely erasing all digital files & destroying paperwork.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. You can do this by accessing our student database at https://members.shaolinkungfu.co.nz/login and correcting the information yourself.
